the staff was really nice! the room was just what i needed for my short stay. i also liked the green initiative for foregoing housekeeping service. the lobby is a great space to relax in and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere too!
the bathroom door had a big gap around it. also, there was a hole instead of an actual doorknob! the television only had 12 channels and not very good ones.

The hotel restaurant provides excellent service and good food. The bar area provides plenty of space and I enjoyed the proximity to many restaurants (it's a very walkable area).
Street-facing rooms may have some noise, especially those on the lower floors.

The LOCATION was excellent. I could easily walk to many sights I wanted to see. There was a grocery store right around the corner. The food hall was nearby too. The staff was excellent and very kind. ALL of them were helpful.
Our double room was TINY! There was less than a foot between the bed and wall, so I needed to sidestep to get into and out of the bed. It was also impossible to refill small water bottles using the sink. The sink was too small.

the room faced the harbour and i watched boats getting worked on. the furnishings seemed quirky and i found them interesting. the reception staff seemed efficient and helpful.
the bedding felt mean sizewise. the pillows were thin.

fantastic hotel near the marina!

I loved how clean and modern my room was! the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was super easy to get assistance. the hotel had cool relaxing areas downstairs, and the food and drinks were lovely! the location was great, right by the marina.
The parking situation wasn't ideal. There seemed to be fewer spots than needed, especially during peak hours.

some issues, quirky style

shower boundaryconnecting rooms
the bathroom situation was weird. there wasn't much separation between the shower and toilet, feel a bit like a gas station bathroom (if gas stations had wet curtains). also, the room was small. i'd requested connecting rooms way in advance, but that didn't happen, and there wasn't any compensation for it (i found this frustrating).
